The American Psychological Association (APA) is excited to announce the launch of a Retraction and Errata Feature within its flagship research database, APA PsycInfo. This new integration allows researchers to identify retracted articles and publications with errata directly within their topic feeds, journal searches, and individual article records, ensuring enhanced transparency and research integrity.

The Retraction and Errata enhancement, released by GetFTR last year, provides vital updates to scholarly content at the point of discovery. By leveraging trusted information from Crossref and Retraction Watch, the enhancement ensures that all articles marked with retractions or errata are clearly identified. This feature includes updates from publishers both participating and not participating in GetFTR, and it displays this crucial information even if researchers do not have full-text access to the content.
